ABOUT ME
Philosophy & Approach
I work with adults of all ages who are looking to create sustainable change on their path to achieving authenticity and wholeness. I believe each individual possesses their own unique strengths and knowledge that they can access to overcome obstacles and manage life transitions. Utilizing a holistic, client-centered, strength-based approach I support the individual in empowering their ability to be their own change agents to achieve optimum emotional and spiritual wellbeing and cultivate the life they desire.
Working collaboratively, I meet you where you are, addressing the whole person – mind, body, and spirit within the context of your community and culture. Through deep listening and non-judgmental, compassionate support, my goal is to guide you on your path towards authenticity and wholeness.
Background
I have worked internationally in the tech world as a craftsperson, teacher, and consultant. Locally I have been supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, seniors, homeless youth, and cancer patients in variety of settings since 2005. I received my BA from San Jose State University and my Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling from Marylhurst University.
